4. After I place an order online, should I expect a communication from ClayShop.EU?
Yes. You should receive an order confirmation email from info{a}ClayShop.eu with order details and an order status.

5. I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
If you did not receive an email confirmation of your order, please contact us at info{a}ClayShop.eu.

1. What payment methods does ClayShop.EU accept?
We accept the Paypal Payment and Bank Deposits.

 

:: SHIPPING

1. What is the difference between a shipping and a billing address?
Your shipping address is where you would like us to deliver your order.
Your billing address is your personal address.

3. What are the Delivery Schedule
Goods are normally despatched on the next working day after the order is placed (Mon-Fri) and they are then delivered in the following 3-5 working days.

2. What are considered business days?
Monday through Friday excluding Holidays.

3. What are my shipping options?
ClayShop.EU currently offers one shipping service: Registered Mail using Postal services.

4. How are shipping charges determined?
Shipping charges include Shipping and Handling. Shipping is based on the weight of the item(s) plus the weight of packaging material.
The shipping rates are determined and presented:
a) During shopping, by selecting the "Estimate Shipping" button from your active cart.
b) During checkout, on the "Step 1 of 3 - Delivery Information" page.

4. How can follow my order with tracking number?
Go to the site http://www.ctt.pt and insert the number, you can find this number below your order status
at http://www.clayshop.eu/account.php?action=order_status.

:: SHOPPING 

1. Do I need to provide my email address?
You do not need to provide your email address if you want to browse products on ClayShop.EU. We will ask for you to register when you begin the checkout process, at which time we ask for your email address. Your email address is required so that we may send you an Order Confirmation immediately after you place your order to let you know we’ve received your information correctly and we are processing your order.

2. How do I create an account?
Click on "Sign-In" in the upper right of each page just below the Search box. Complete the "Create a Account" information and click the "Create My Account" button.

3. I forgot my password, what do I do now?
On the Sign In page, enter your email address. Next, click on the "Forgot your password?" found just below the Password entry box. A temporary password will be sent to your email address.

4. I spelled my name wrong when I registered, how do I correct it?
Sign in using your email address and password. Next, click on “View or change my account information." Make any necessary changes and update your changes.

5. Do I have to sign in?
You do not have to sign in to browse our site and add items to your shopping cart. However, you will be required to sign in at the time of purchase. Creating an account with ClayShop.EU allows you to shop and checkout faster, check your order status online, obtain history of items purchased, and create an address book for convenient shipping to family and friends. Your billing and shipping information is securely saved so you only have to enter it once.

6. How can I view my current active cart?
Click on the "Shopping Cart" link in the bar just below the section Tabs at the top of each page.

7. How do I add products to my current active cart?
While in your cart, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to the product you would like to add.

8. How do I update quantities in my current active cart?
While in your cart, in the "Qty." column, change the quantity in the box next to the product(s) you are modifying, then click on the "Refresh" button found at the bottom of the cart contents.

9. How do I remove products from my current active cart?
While in your cart, in the "Remove" column click on the "Delete/Trash" button found to the left of the product.

10. How do I purchase the products in my current active cart?
While in your cart, click on the "Checkout" button found at the bottom of the cart contents.

11. If I'm not ready to purchase today, can I save the items in my cart?
Yes. After you have signed in, your shopping cart contents can be saved for future use.

 

:: GENERAL

1. How do I get back to the home page of ClayShop.EU?
Simply click on ClayShop.EU logo on the top left of each page or click on the "ClayShop.EU" link at the bottom of each page.

2. Can I check my order history online?
Yes. Sign into your account and click the "View" button next to the order. Here you will be provided with "Status History & Comments" including the date of the order status change, the order status, and comments related to the status change.
